Restoring accidentally deleted products

Ecwid always makes backup of all shops' data which is securely stored on our servers. If you accidentally delete your products/orders/customers from the store our engineers will recover the lost data. For more details see Backups

To restore lost products/orders/customers information, please send us an email listing the following information: 

  1. Type of data that you wish to be recovered.
  2. Your store ID.
  3. Approximate time and date when the data was accidentally deleted (e.g. yesterday, a week ago, an hour ago).

Data in backups is stored for the last 35 days. Recovering data from the backup usually takes one business day to complete.

Restoring backups is available in for all paid users. Upgrade to get this feature
