SEPA: Online Payment Method

SEPA is one of the most popular payment methods in the European Union. With SEPA you can receive payments from all European customers using a single bank account.

How to install

To add SEPA payment method to your online store:

  1. Open the SEPA app page. 
  2. Click Get app and log into your Ecwid account.
  3. Click Install. The app will be installed into your Ecwid Control Panel right away.
  4. Click Open app to access the settings.

How to set up

  1. Go to your Ecwid Control Panel → My Apps.
  2. Click Open app next to the SEPA app.
  3. Hover over the question mark icon to see a hint about each field in the settings.
  4. Fill out your account credentials and the Storefront and Mandate settings.

SEPA Account Credentials

  1. When you fill out all information, click Update settings.
When you receive an order that is paid using SEPA, you will see the customer's bank account details on the order details page in your Ecwid Control Panel → My Sales.
