Transaction fees

Last updated

Third-party payment providers supported by Ecwid may charge extra fees and/or enforce rules concerning what you can and cannot sell using their service.

When you set up an online payment method, we advise checking with the payment provider regarding their rules and fees.

Ecwid does not charge any transaction fees if you use a third-party payment provider in your store. However the payment providers charge their fees and these fees can be rather high.

If you have Chase Integrated Payments Powered by WePay configured as your payment provider, you will be charged a fee for each transaction. The fees depend on the country you are in and on your Ecwid plan: the higher your plan, the lower the fees.
