Importing customers

There is an easy way to migrate your customer base to Ecwid: 

1. Download the example template of a CSV import file.
2. Using the template, create an import file with your customer data in a spreadsheet editor, such as Excel, Google Sheets, or Numbers.
   
   You can leave the columns you don't need empty or add more columns with additional data according to the extended list of supported columns.
3. Upload the file on the Catalog → Data Import and Export page in your Ecwid admin.

That's it! New customers will automatically be added to your Ecwid account.
