Selling on LiveJournal with Ecwid
LiveJournal is a a social network where users can keep a blog or a diary. If you are ready to grow your business with eCommerce, you can easily add Ecwid shopping cart to your LiveJournal page. Upon a quick installation the store will work as an integral part of your blog.
How to add Ecwid to LiveJournal blog page
- Log in to Ecwid Control Panel and copy the Store ID from Dashboard page. Save it somewhere as you will need it in one of the next steps. If you don't have an account with Ecwid yet, sign up at https://my.ecwid.com/cp/ (no credit card required).
- Log in to LiveJournal account. You can add Ecwid to the profile page or a blog entry.
- If you want to add the store to the profile page, open Profile → Edit Profile page. Paste the code to the editable area.

Replace YOUR STORE ID with the actual Store ID that you saved in step 1.
- If you want to add a store to a blog entry, create a new one or pull the existing post for editing. Paste the same code to entry HTML.

- Save the changes.
Your store is ready. You can configure the store, add new products, set up payment methods and shipping options in Ecwid Control Panel. All the changes will be applied to your storefront immediately.
