- From your Ecwid admin, click Get help in the top right corner. Here you can contact support by email, view your support request history, start live chat or book a call with support.
- From your Ecwid mobile app, tap Get help in the top left corner. (Or go to the Store tab, then Get Help).
Chat support is available 24 hours, Monday-Friday. Call-back is available 2PM-10PM PDT Monday-Friday, in English.
