You can export products, orders, customers, and gift cards from your Ecwid store. The data will be downloaded in the form of CSV files. You may want to use the export tool if you want to update existing products via import, get your store data in a table format for importing to third-party systems, for analytical purposes, etc.

You can automate product and order export using the Export Stash app from Ecwid App Market.

FAQ

What are the Product ID and Product URL columns that I see when I export products?

Product ID is a unique global identifier of a product, internal to Ecwid. For example, Ecwid uses it in a Product URL (which is the address of this product in your store). You cannot import product IDs and product URLs or change them to a value you like. However, you can export product IDs to use, for example, in your third-party mods for Ecwid.

How can I automate exporting my store data in a third-party application?

You can automate exporting and importing of your store data in third-party applications by means of Ecwid API.
