To contact support team:

  • In Ecwid Help Center, click the Contact us button on the top right corner. You must be logged in to your store to chat with us.
  • From your Ecwid admin, click Get help in the top right corner or tap Get help in the top right in your Ecwid mobile app. Here, you can explore key articles or watch video guides. If you are on a paid plan, you can live chat with support or book a call. Chat support is available 24 hours, Monday-Friday. Call-back is available 2PM-10PM PDT Monday-Friday, in English.
  • From your mobile app, go to the Store, then Get Help.
