Deleting orders

Deleting an order removes all record of the order’s existence from your Ecwid Control Panel and your order history. To delete an order:

  1. Go to Ecwid Control Panel → My Sales → Orders.
  2. Select the orders that you want to delete.
  3. Click Mass update and Delete selected.
  4. Confirm your choice and the selected orders will be deleted.

If you delete orders by mistake, contact our Support team and we’ll help you restore the necessary data.
