Deleting orders

Besides refunding or canceling orders, you might want to permanently remove all the order information from your store. Deleting a store order is useful when order is no longer relevant, like if it was canceled a long time ago and is now unnecessary information.

Deleting an order removes all record of the order’s existence from your Ecwid Control Panel and your order history. To delete an order:

  1. Go to Ecwid Control Panel → My Sales → Orders.
  2. Select the orders that you want to delete.
  3. Click Mass Update and Delete selected.
  4. Confirm your choice and the selected orders will be deleted.
