Canceling Ecwid subscription
If you don’t want to prolong your Ecwid subscription, you can cancel it at any time. After the switch, all the features of your previous paid plan will become unavailable, and access to your Ecwid admin panel will be restricted.
Subscription charges are non-refundable. See Ecwid’s refund policies.
To cancel your Ecwid subscription:
- From your Ecwid admin, go to My Profile → Billing and Plans.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Cancel plan subscription:
- Select the reason why you decided to leave. You can also leave your comments and suggestions on how to improve Ecwid.
- Click Unsubscribe.
Your Ecwid subscription will be stopped immediately, your payment method will be removed from your Ecwid account, and there will be no further charges.
Once the downgrade takes effect, your online store and Instant Site will no longer be available to visitors, and access to your Ecwid admin panel will be restricted. You can upgrade back at any time.
